CANCELLATION POLICY
I charge a 50% of the service total as a cancellation fee for any same-day rescheduled or canceled appointment. I charge 100% of the service total for any no-call no-show appointments day of. Any appointments booked same day will be asked to respect a 4 hour time frame prior to the appointment and will incur cancellation fees if rescheduled or canceled within this 4 hour frame.
